What to expect during your visit
Installation day starts with protecting your home — drop cloths, careful equipment handling, and a clear walkthrough of what to expect. We disconnect and remove the old equipment, run new refrigerant lines and electrical connections to code, set the new condenser and air handler, and pull a deep vacuum on the line set before charging it with refrigerant to the manufacturer's exact specification. Once the system is running, we test airflow at the registers, verify the thermostat is programmed correctly, and walk you through your new equipment before we leave. Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach all require a permit and inspection for AC replacements — we handle that coordination so you don't have to.
South Florida's cooling loads are among the toughest in the country, which is exactly why sizing and equipment choice matter here more than almost anywhere else. A system engineered for a drier, milder climate will run constantly and still leave your home feeling humid — variable-speed and two-stage systems do a much better job of wringing moisture out of the air during our long cooling season. We also spec coastal-grade, corrosion-resistant coils for homes near the water and make sure outdoor units are set and strapped to current hurricane wind-load code.
